Working within most fields of sport Jo has a good understanding of a range injuries resultant from simple over use injuries, to acute sprains, soft tissue injuries and fractures.

Jo has worked with athletes and recreational athletes in most sports, as well as working in gyms and trained herself to national level.  The last few years Jo has worked with strength and conditioning coaches, helping to provide strength and conditioning programmes to Olympic athletes.  Get in touch whether injury related or not for further advice.
